The Wholesale Line Sheet Template
The Wholesale Line Sheet Template
Couldn't load pickup availability
A ready-to-fill one-page line sheet for a 1–4 SKU food or drink brand. A ready-to-use document format for putting pricing and terms in front of buyers — not another guide explaining the concept, the fillable template itself.
A line sheet is a reference document, not a pitch. It's what a buyer forwards to their bookkeeper or pins up when deciding whether to reorder. This template gives you the exact structure: a product table (SKU, size, wholesale price, SRP, case pack, shelf life), plus the order-terms footer buyers look for — minimum order, lead time, payment terms, freight, and return policy.
What's inside:
- The fillable one-page table format, ready to copy into a doc or spreadsheet
- A field-by-field reference for what belongs in each row (and what doesn't)
- Guidance on minimum order, payment terms, and freight language that reads as trustworthy from a brand nobody's heard of yet
- A one-page checklist to run before you send it to a buyer
Instant digital download. Honest scope: built for a small brand with 1–4 SKUs. A catalog with 10+ SKUs or multiple product categories needs a fuller format this template doesn't attempt to cover.
→ Your wholesale price should come from real math first — The Wholesale Pricing Cheat Sheet ($9) covers the formula.
→ Before a buyer ever asks for a line sheet, 10 Indie Retail Cold Email Templates ($9) covers the pitch that gets you there.
→ Once a store says yes, The First Order & Invoicing Checklist ($9) covers the invoice, sizing the order, and when to check back in.
