Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Many of our products are perishable. We carefully package shipments to maintain freshness, but we cannot guarantee product condition if packages are delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect shipping information.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.

If you are local to the Front Royal, Virginia area, local pickup options may be available at checkout or through farmers markets.
