Refund policy
At Robby Ds Lil Greens, we take pride in producing fresh, high-quality products. Because many of our items are perishable or food products, our return policy is slightly different from non-food retailers.
Perishable Products (Microgreens, Beverages, Food Products)
Due to food safety regulations, perishable products cannot be returned.
However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
Replacement product
- Store credit
- Refund to your original payment method
Non-Perishable Products
For items such as merchandise or non-food goods, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if:
The item is unused
The item is in original condition and packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.
