Return Policy

At Robby Ds Lil Greens, we stand behind everything we grow and ship. Because we offer both fresh perishable products and shelf-stable specialty items, our return policy is tailored to each product type.

Before sending anything back, please contact us at robbydslilgreens@robbydslilgreens.com. We review every situation personally and want to make it right. Do not ship any item back until you have received a response from us.

Fresh and Perishable Products

Fresh microgreens, pea tendrils, basil microgreens, and CSA box contents are perishable and are not eligible for return under normal circumstances.

However, if your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective at the time of delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the item. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Shelf-Stable and Shipped Products

Shelf-stable products shipped nationwide, including Micro-Mush Coffee, microgreen powders, Sweet Green Splash, spices, finishing salts, and DIY grow kits, may be eligible for return or exchange only if they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on shelf-stable items.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for eligible defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Contact us first, and we will arrange a replacement after reviewing your request.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved for a defective product, return shipping is free. We will provide a prepaid return label or make other arrangements with you directly.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and review the returned item.
